Refund & Auto-Billing Policy
Effective Date: January 21, 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
This Refund & Auto-Billing Policy (“Policy”) explains the refund limitations, replacement procedures, subscription billing terms, automatic renewals, and cancellation requirements applicable to purchases made through the TRTBOSS platform.
The Platform is operated by VALKORA LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as TRTBOSS (“TRTBOSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy:
Applies to all purchases, including services, subscriptions, and medications
Is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service
Is presented prior to purchase and requires affirmative acceptance
TRTBOSS is a non-clinical technology platform and management services organization.
Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians, and medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies.
2. Important Healthcare Refund Disclosures
2.1 No Guarantee of Treatment or Prescription
Payment for services does not guarantee:
Clinical eligibility
Issuance of a prescription
Continuation of treatment
Clinical decisions are made solely by independent clinicians based on medical judgment and applicable law.
3. Prescription Medications – No Refunds After Dispensing
3.1 Final Sale of Dispensed Medications
All sales of prescription medications are final once a medication has been dispensed or shipped by a pharmacy, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.
This policy exists because:
Federal and state pharmacy laws prohibit the return or reuse of prescription medications
Patient safety, integrity, and anti-tampering requirements prevent pharmacies from accepting returned medications
TRTBOSS:
Does not dispense medications
Does not control pharmacy fulfillment decisions
Does not accept returns of prescription medications
4. Defective or Damaged Medications
4.1 Eligibility for Replacement
While refunds are not available for dispensed medications, TRTBOSS will facilitate a replacement if a medication is received in a defective or damaged condition.
To be eligible:
You must notify TRTBOSS within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage
You must provide proof of purchase
4.2 Replacement Process
Replacement requests must be submitted to: support@trtboss.com
Requests submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be honored, except where required by law.
No exchanges or replacements are offered for any other reason.
5. Non-Prescription Services and Fees
5.1 Consultation and Laboratory Fees
Consultation fees, laboratory fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the cost incurred, except where required by law.
If a clinician determines that you are not clinically eligible:
You will not be charged for medications not prescribed or dispensed
You may be charged only for consultation, laboratory services and other service-related charges that were actually provided or incurred
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
6.1 Enrollment in Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
Monthly subscription services are offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis.
At the time of enrollment, you are clearly and conspicuously informed of:
The amount to be charged
The billing frequency (e.g., monthly, weekly, quarterly or other period)\
How to cancel – Please use your patient portal to cancel your subscription or email us at support@trtboss.com to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours before your next billing period.
Customers must use and provide a standard credit (not prepaid credit card) to be eligible for subscription services. For customers using a prepaid credit cards, the term of the service must be prepaid.
By completing enrollment and affirmatively accepting this Policy, you authorize TRTBOSS (and its payment processors) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6.2 Minimum Commitment Periods
Monthly subscriptions require a minimum commitment period of three (3) months, and others may be up to six (6) months.
Any minimum commitment:
Does not override statutory cancellation rights where prohibited by law
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time after your initial commitment.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period:
Cancellation must be completed 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal date
Cancellation may be completed:
Through your account or patient portal (if available), or
By contacting support at support@trtboss.com
Once canceled:
No further recurring charges will be made
You retain access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated
7. Affirmative Consent and Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
You reviewed and accepted this Policy before payment
Prescription medications are non-refundable once dispensed
Subscriptions renew automatically until properly canceled
Refunds are limited as described herein
TRTBOSS maintains records of acceptance to support dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
This Policy may be provided to payment processors and card networks
Evidence of disclosure and affirmative acceptance may be relied upon
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or operational practices.
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
