Prescription & Pharmacy Disclosure Policy

Effective Date: January 21, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Prescription & Pharmacy Disclosure Policy (“Policy”) explains how prescription decisions, pharmacy fulfillment, medication availability, and related responsibilities are handled in connection with services accessed through the TRTBOSS platform.

The Platform is operated by VALKORA LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as TRTBOSS (“TRTBOSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy:

Applies to all users seeking or receiving prescription-related services

Is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service

Supplements applicable informed consents and clinical disclosures

TRTBOSS is a non-clinical technology company and management services organization.
Medical and prescribing services are provided by independent licensed clinicians, and medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies.

2. No Guarantee of Prescription

Use of the Platform, completion of intake forms, telehealth consultations, laboratory testing, or payment does not guarantee that:

A prescription will be issued

A specific medication will be prescribed

Any treatment will be continued

All prescribing decisions are made solely by independent Clinicians based on their professional medical judgment and applicable law.

3. Independent Clinical Judgment and Platform Limitations

TRTBOSS:

Does not practice medicine

Does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe

Does not influence prescribing decisions

Does not set quotas, targets, or incentives related to prescriptions

Clinicians exercise independent medical judgment and are solely responsible for determining whether a prescription is clinically appropriate.

4. Prescription Medications and Controlled Substances

Certain medications that may be prescribed through the Platform, including testosterone, are classified as controlled substances under federal or state law.

By seeking prescription-related services, you acknowledge that:

Prescribing is subject to heightened legal and clinical requirements

Additional evaluation, documentation, monitoring, or in-person assessment may be required

Telehealth prescribing rules may change based on federal or state law

Prescriptions may be denied, modified, suspended, or discontinued to maintain legal compliance

Failure to comply with legal, clinical, or monitoring requirements may result in immediate denial or discontinuation of prescription services.

5. Pharmacy Fulfillment and Dispensing

If a prescription is issued:

Medications are dispensed by independent third-party pharmacies

TRTBOSS does not own, operate, or control pharmacies

TRTBOSS does not manufacture or dispense medications

Pharmacies:

Are responsible for dispensing, labeling, delivery, and medication counseling

May refuse to dispense a prescription in accordance with professional or legal obligations

Operate independently from TRTBOSS and Clinicians

You may request to use a pharmacy of your choice, subject to:

Applicable law, Pharmacy availability and Clinical and logistical considerations. If you complete a consultation with a Provider and fill a prescription through one of the associated Pharmacies, the prescription product is shipped to you by the applicable Pharmacy and the costs associated with the prescription are included in the total charged to you. If you fill a prescription with a pharmacy other than the associated Pharmacies, the Service will send the prescription to your selected pharmacy, but you will be responsible for picking up or otherwise obtaining the prescription product and paying the pharmacy directly for the cost of the prescription product. No partial refunds for the subscription will be provided.

6. Compounded Medications

In some circumstances, a Clinician may prescribe a compounded medication.

You acknowledge that:

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription

Compounded medications may have different risks than commercially manufactured FDA-approved drugs

You may decline a compounded medication and discuss alternative options with your Clinician.

7. Medication Availability, Substitutions, and Delays

Medication availability may be affected by:

Supply shortages

Manufacturer or distributor constraints

Regulatory changes

Pharmacy policies

Pharmacies may substitute therapeutically equivalent products where permitted by law.
TRTBOSS does not guarantee availability, delivery timelines, or uninterrupted access to any medication.

8. Refills, Renewals, and Discontinuation

Prescription refills and renewals are not automatic.

You acknowledge that:

Refills require ongoing clinical appropriateness

Completion of required monitoring, laboratory testing, and follow-up is mandatory

Failure to comply with monitoring requirements will result in denial of refills and may result in mandatory discontinuation

Clinicians may discontinue prescriptions at any time based on:

Clinical judgment

Safety concerns

Non-compliance

Legal or regulatory requirements

9. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use medications only as prescribed

Not share, sell, transfer, or misuse medications

Store medications securely

Report adverse effects, loss, or theft promptly

Provide accurate and complete health information

Misuse, diversion, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of prescription services and may be reported as required by law.

In the event of a conflict, applicable law and the independent medical judgment of the treating Clinician control.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or operational practices.
