Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
TRTBOSS is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows a delivery but you can’t locate the package:
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.
Per the policies of our partnered pharmacies, any product that arrives damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking information).
To submit a report, please contact contact@trtboss.com and include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the product.
These requirements are set and enforced by the dispensing pharmacy. As a platform coordinating care and fulfillment, TRTBOSS is unable to override pharmacy policies regarding damage claims, replacements, or refunds submitted outside of this reporting window.
Due to safety and compliance regulations, we do not accept returns on lab kits or medications, whether opened or unopened.
