This Clinical Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) explains the scope, limitations, and boundaries of clinical services that may be accessed through the TRTBOSS technology platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform is operated by VALKORA LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as TRTBOSS (“TRTBOSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

TRTBOSS is a non-clinical technology company and management services organization (MSO) that facilitates access to telehealth services provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals (“Clinicians”).

This Disclaimer is intended to promote transparency, reduce confusion regarding roles, and clarify that medical outcomes are not guaranteed.

2. No Practice of Medicine

TRTBOSS:

Does not practice medicine

Does not provide medical advice

Does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition

All medical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and prescribing decisions are made solely by independent Clinicians in accordance with applicable law and professional standards.

TRTBOSS does not control, direct, or interfere with the independent medical judgment of any Clinician.

3. No Medical Guarantees or Promises

Medical services accessed through the Platform are individualized and depend on numerous clinical factors, including patient history, symptoms, laboratory results, and response to treatment.

Accordingly:

No diagnosis, treatment outcome, or medical result is guaranteed

No guarantee is made that any medication will be prescribed

No guarantee is made that symptoms will improve

No guarantee is made that any treatment will be effective

Individual responses to medical treatment vary.

Any information made available through the Platform is intended to support clinical decision-making and does not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee of results.

4. Telehealth Limitations

Telehealth services have inherent limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions or situations.

You acknowledge that:

A physical examination may not be possible

Diagnostic accuracy may be limited by available information

Technical issues may affect care delivery

Clinicians may determine, in their independent medical judgment, that telehealth is not appropriate and may recommend:

In-person evaluation

Additional testing

Referral to another provider

Discontinuation of services through the Platform

Telehealth services are not a substitute for comprehensive in-person medical care.

5. Not for Emergency or Urgent Care

The Platform is not designed for emergency or urgent medical care and does not provide:

Emergency medical services

Crisis intervention

Continuous monitoring

Immediate response to urgent health conditions

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must:

Call 911, or

Seek care from the nearest emergency department immediately

You must not rely on the Platform for emergency medical needs.

6. Prescription Disclosures

Prescriptions, if issued, are provided only when a Clinician determines that a medication is clinically appropriate and permitted by law.

You acknowledge that:

Completion of intake forms, consultations, or payment does not guarantee a prescription

Medications are dispensed by independent third-party pharmacies

TRTBOSS does not dispense or manufacture medications

Prescription decisions are governed by independent clinical judgment and applicable law.

7. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Clinical services accessed through the Platform are provided on an “as available” basis

TRTBOSS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or effectiveness of any clinical service or treatment

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to limit or waive any rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Disclaimer supplements and should be read together with the:

In the event of any conflict, applicable law and the independent medical judgment of the treating Clinician control.

This Disclaimer may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, or operational practices.
